Hi! I’m Jeanna. Here is some stuff that might help you get to know me better.
My most important credential is my genuine love for helping others become the best versions of themselves. Guiding people into a place where thriving feels natural and their confidence to face challenges soars is my true passion. I find peace in seeing people feel supported, validated and heard. It’s the thing that is missing for a lot of us.
I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy and a Master’s of Arts in Counseling.
I am a crisis counselor for a national suicide prevention lifeline. I provide a safe space for individuals who are struggling, feeling like they are on the edge or just in need of some immediate emotional support.
I initially became involved in the coaching sector as a virtual health coach for an app based health and weight loss company that promotes lasting life style changes. I assisted clients by providing guidance, accountability and support with realistic goal setting in order to achieve life long health and wellness goals.
I have worked at a cancer hospital as a support specialist assisting patients and families through terminal and recurring illnesses.
I was a community mental health support counselor assisting clients with mental illness to increase their quality of life and reach individual goals.
