Hi! I’m Jeanna. Here is some stuff that might help you get to know me better.

  • My most important credential is my genuine love for helping others become the best versions of themselves. Guiding people into a place where thriving feels natural and their confidence to face challenges soars is my true passion. I find peace in seeing people feel supported, validated and heard. It’s the thing that is missing for a lot of us.

  • I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy and a Master’s of Arts in Counseling.

  • I am a crisis counselor for a national suicide prevention lifeline. I provide a safe space for individuals who are struggling, feeling like they are on the edge or just in need of some immediate emotional support.

  • I initially became involved in the coaching sector as a virtual health coach for an app based health and weight loss company that promotes lasting life style changes. I assisted clients by providing guidance, accountability and support with realistic goal setting in order to achieve life long health and wellness goals.

  • I have worked at a cancer hospital as a support specialist assisting patients and families through terminal and recurring illnesses.

  • I was a community mental health support counselor assisting clients with mental illness to increase their quality of life and reach individual goals.
